The cubes are made of freshly emptied Cognac barrels which are produced from French Limousin Oak. They are not only perfect for maturation of grain, whisky and brandy but also perfectly suited for fruits spirits, such as cherry, pear and much more.
They are excellent for intensifying the flavor of beer, Bierbrand, whisky and grain etc.
Maturation time: approx. 6 weeks with a dosage of 6 g per liter. (It deals with a general recommendation.)
