Flowerpot - cut from a decorative chestnut barrel with metal hoops.

The body of the barrel is professionally closed at the bottom and fixed on small bearings.

This flower bucket is in size below the standard buckets from a 225 l barrel. The tubs are particularly suitable for use on the terrace, balcony, conservatory or even in the house.
An idea can be the creation of a small herb garden, as well as planting flowers or small shrubs.

Characteristic of chestnut wood is that it darkens quickly. Untreated barrels change their appearance when exposed to the weather. They may quickly develop flash rust and the tannins will wash out of the barrel (tan). Therefore, do not place chestnut barrels on high quality patio slabs or paving stones.
