Stylish sustainability: knife blocks made from recycled oak staves

Our unique knife blocks are made with dedication from old original oak staves from large barrels. After professional cleaning and careful vacuum drying, the staves are glued in a food-safe way and decorated on the sides with an inlay of red wine-stained oak wood. Finishing is done with food-approved linseed oil.

We treat each knife block intensively with linseed oil. The wood is oiled approx. 10 times until it is saturated. Please only clean your block by hand with a damp cloth. Linseed oil for subsequent wood care can be purchased under accessories.
