Our unique knife blocks are made with dedication from old original oak staves from barrique wine barrels. After professional cleaning and careful vacuum drying, the staves are glued in a food-safe manner and stabilized with a stainless steel strip. Finishing is done with food-approved linseed oil.

We treat each knife block intensively with linseed oil. The wood is oiled approx. 10 times until it is saturated. Please only clean your block by hand with a damp cloth. Linseed oil for subsequent wood care can be purchased under accessories.
