Rocking chair - FassStolz® seating group

The new seating group from the Wilhelm Eder joinery is something very special. It is characterised by the choice between two versions - either as a rocking chair or as an armchair. The best choice is of course both!

The two chairs were made from the staves of a used 225 l red wine oak barrel. Each chair is ergonomically shaped, as we have taken advantage of the natural curve of the original staves. 

If you are looking for a comfortable, original chair that not only looks good in any setting, but is also a solid wood product, you have come to the right place.

The barrel was dried and then carefully disassembled into its individual parts. In the process, the staves were prepared individually. The staves were planed, dressed, cut to size, joined and glued. The armrests and seat height guarantee cosiness! 

You can see the beauty of the original red wine stains that were created during the long ageing process. That is why each rocking chair is completely individual. The chair is versatile, as it looks just as good in the living room as in the conservatory, on the terrace or in the garden. Rocking in this chair is a wonderful way to wind down at the end of a long day. 

Each chair is unique and is made individually, which is why we can take your personal taste into account. You can choose whether your chair should be stained, lacquered or oiled. Please make your choice in the "Accessories" section when ordering.
