The wooden barrel storage systems for large barrels are made of air-dried Douglas fir wood.
The wood comes from our own cutting. The bearings are planed and double coated with food-safe clear varnish. The solid core plates at the bottom are fixed with stainless steel screws.Price per single piece.
These concrete drum bearings are approx. 25 years old and are suitable for large drums up to 6000 litres. - Price per single piece
The concrete is insensitive to moisture, which prolongs the life of the drum storage system compared to a wooden drum storage system.
The drum itself is secured to the concrete drum store by closing the drum.

The framework rack is made of multiannual and air-seasoned oak. The rack will be produced according to your measurements or our carpenter will measure on-site.
The finished rack on the picture has been planned and sanded carefully. The surface will not be treated upon request. We also offer racks which are painted or oiled with linseed oil. The wooden cross struts provide the rack stability.
We carry out the assembly of the oak framework racks on-site if desired.

These concrete barrel racks are for oval casks starting from 6 hl. The concrete is impervious to moisture which extends the life span of the rack in contrast to a wooden rack. The barrel itself is fixed with wooden fastenings on the rack.Will be sent on one euro-pallet.
