Used Barrique 225 l – 228 l in the Burgundy or Bordeaux style made of oak with black or galvanized hoops. The barrels show some signs of wear and tear and and some have red wine spots. Color variations are possible. Some of the barrels are fitted with wooden hoops and the metal hoops might show signs of rust. The barrels are technically in good condition but but can no longer be used for foodstuffs. Before the barrels are shipped, they are cleaned with a high pressure hose and the hoops are tightened. Very nice, bright and used barrique barrel 225 l made of oak wood with traces of red wine of the first choice. Equipped with galvanized hoops. Linseed oil is a care product for your wooden products on a biological basis and its use such as, for example, unpolished standing tables and barrel furniture. Linseed oil is used by us in the cooperage in the manufacture of wooden barrels, barriques and furniture carpenter. With the care product offered here it concerns about the 100 % linseed oil with no additives or fillers. 1000 ml bottle
Our 8 mm thick securitized safety glass tabletop is an optical highlight for every barrel. (This glass is protected from fragmentation.) The round glass tabletop has been equipped with a hole in the middle (20 mm), in which the stainless steel screw is mounted with brass nut on the barrel head. The edge of glass top has been finely sanded. The delivery includes barrel screw. The barrel screw will be mounted into the barrel by combined purchase order, so that you only need to hang up the glass top.
The selling price includes the outer plate for placing and the small plate for the barrel head. The barrel itself can be ordered under accessories. With this solid oak panel with internal recess you can transform your decorative barrique barrel into an original seating arrangement very quickly. The plate surrounds your barrel at a height of approx. 78 cm. Enjoy your glass of wine in style, sitting at the barrel. The recessed, round middle part is placed as a plate on the barrel head.We produce each tabletop individually in our barrel joinery. The oak wood is dried, the staves are grooved and glued and the edges are bevelled. The subsequent planing, sanding and oiling of the table top round off the beautiful appearance.Wood is a natural product, high temperature fluctuations, dry or warm air, wetness etc. can cause the tabletop to deform. Please take this into account when using or storing the table top.Natural and individual grains and growth forms ensure the exclusivity of our products.
We produce each tabletop individually in our cooperage. We obtain the logs from the growing area Nordvogesen/Pfalz Forest. The table tops are made of solid square timber, notched and glued and the edges are chamfered. If desired, the top can be treated with linseed oil to give it a silky matt shine. Three small wooden blocks are fixed to the underside of the tabletop, which allows it to be placed on a 225 l barrel. Wood is a natural product, high temperature fluctuations, dry or warm air, wetness etc. can cause the plate to deform. Please bear this in mind when using or storing the board. Optionally we personalize the table top with your individual laser branding. Natural and individual grains and growth forms ensure the exclusivity of our products.
The barrel screw made of stainless steel with brass nut, guarantees an optically elegant option, the fixing of a glass plate on a wooden barrel. Instructions for self-assembly:First of all, the drum lid is removed from the drum professionally and a 10 mm hole is placed in the middle. The stainless steel thread is placed into the wooden barrel lid from below and the lid is fixed back into the barrel. Then the round glass plate, which is equipped with a hole, is placed on the stainless steel thread. The brass plastic ring is then placed on top of it and finally the screw is fixed with the brass nut. When you buy the glass plate the barrel screw is included. If you order the glass plate together with a barrel, we install this barrel screw directly into the barrel, so that you only have to put on the glass plate.
The oak wood construction allows the height of a table top of a shelf or decorative barrel to be increased to a comfortable standing height. The table top and the substructure are customized to the desired barrel. The price only includes the substructure, not the table top itself.

We can treat the surface of the barrel with various stains, lacquers or oils by request of the customer. Please note that the optics of the barrel will be changed if it is directly exposed to the weather conditions. All images are only example pictures.
The gluing of the individual staves extends the life of the barrel, especially if it is exposed to dry, warm heating air or high temperature fluctuations. The staves are glued one by one, the barrel surface is lightly sanded and and the he barrel hoops are screwed tightly. You can choose an optional surface treatment by accessories.
