Urban gardening box made of staves
The box is made of recycled oak wood with two side handles that make it easy to carry. For planting, each box comes with a large piece of jute to put inside before adding the soil and plants.Sustainable oak wood that we cut from staves of former wine barrels as well as from new stave wood that is not used for wooden barrels because of small defects. Discoloration of the wood due to the formerly applied toasting or red wine stains, as well as many a knothole are distinctive signs of this box.The wood is subsequently branded with lettering of various wineries as a sign of its common use.

Wooden mantle bottles from the Black Forest Historical and at the same time functional old distillate bottles in different sizes. In the old days, the distilled cherry brandy was transported from the Black Forest to its customers and buyers. Wrapped in straw and a wooden coat, the valuable contents were transported to their destination or drinking place. We found these unique pieces in the attic of perhaps the most renowned Black Forest distillery in Kappelrodeck. Dusty and partly still labelled with the addressees, these rare bottles are a contemporary witness of the distilleries in the early modern times.
