Decorative outdoor planters, an eye-catcher for your garden, conservatory or terrace. The original vessels can also be found in orangeries, parks and other beautiful places.
The sturdy vats are made of seasoned oak wood, so-called staves.
The staves are straightened according to cooper tradition and processed into a tub. The interior of the vats is fully flamed. On the outside, treatment with oil gives a silky matte sheen.
The durable flower, tree, or herb containers are tied with three galvanized hoops.
The tubs can be lowered by mounting two crossbars on the bottom side for better transport and pick-up by a lift truck.
When planting the buckets, we strongly recommend drilling holes in the bottom of the bucket for water drainage. At the end of the order there is a possibility to tell us this wish in the comment field.

Irrigation and aeration system with vandalism protection. The inlet is equipped with a powder-coated aluminum cap on a chain.
Decorative rope loops as handles for flower pots. We drill two holes per loop in the tubs and knot the ropes inside the tub. The delivery includes one pair of exchange loops. When ordering in combination with a pot, we fix the loops in the barrel.

Bearing beams, which are optionally available, we generally recommend as accessories for vats and larger planters. We manufacture these beams from Douglas fir, a type of wood that is weather and moisture resistant for a very long time. If you have ordered your tub or planter with total discharges, we will cut out the bearing beams at the appropriate place, if necessary, or provide them with an appropriate hole. The number, dimension and position of the support beams depend on the size and nature of the respective container and may vary. The illustrations show the scheme. We reserve the right to dimensional tolerances depending on the nature of the vat. Prices refer to all the beams required for the tub.
