Airline Trolley - Winebar
The former board trolley from the largest German airline has been rebuilt with barrel stavespaneling to a wine bar. The barrel staves have been pulled out, cleaned, watered, peeled and then pressed in a veneering press; afterward the staves have been trimmed. At the end the edges of the staves have been cut parallel. This trolley has been coated with refined barrel staves, as well as four shelves, which have been integrated in the trolley. A simple drawer and four roles on the ground with parking brake are included. Pictures are examples, colour variations are possible.
Barrel care product linseed oil
Linseed oil is a care product for your wooden products on a biological basis and its use such as, for example, unpolished standing tables and barrel furniture. Linseed oil is used by us in the cooperage in the manufacture of wooden barrels, barriques and furniture carpenter. With the care product offered here it concerns about the 100 % linseed oil with no additives or fillers. 1000 ml bottle
Breakfast plate
The breakfast plates from our carpentry are made of old wine barrel parts and have been treated with a food certificated oil. Every plate is unique and might show some brandings of former cooperages or vineyards. Different colorations arose from the precious content that once stored them. Small notches in the wood or small bumps are not quality defects but rather determined by the nature of the construction and the prior use of the barrels. The different types of the plates can be seen in the pictures. We recommend a laserbranding (not included – order it at “accessories”) for the special and individual note. Examples of laserbrandings are shown in the pictures.

Kitchen countertop from refurbished barrel staves
Are you looking for a special oak kitchen countertop?With us you get customizable countertops from used oak barrel staves from large barrels. The large barrels are 100 years old and older and wines and distillates once matured in them. We extract these barrels from cellars all over Europe and use the precious staves to build furniture.The wood is cleaned, sawn and planed by hand. The oak barrel staves are butt glued according to their length. We grout the former galls/joints, in which the barrel staves were bound, with epoxy resin - gladly with color pigments if desired. After these elaborate work processes, the panels are fine-sanded several times and oiled or varnished, depending on the specifications. Each board is unique and is produced only once.Notches, small cracks and bumps are no reason for complaint, but wanted and they tell the story of each piece of wood.The worktop is 600 mm wide and the minimum length is 2500 mm. Longer versions are of course possible. The cut-outs for the stove and sink are usually made by the craftsmen on site who are building the kitchen. After precise notification and specification, this is also possible with us at no extra charge.Please contact us for the desired surface treatment and required length.

Our knife frame work chock block is produced out of original old fram work from old houses and barns which we have been abridged.We clean this framework carefully and cut it sideways and vertical and fix these blocks with an original old barrel hoop with patina, which works to prevent the knives from overtuning. We varnish the wood with alimentary proofed linsed oil.The chock block is used to store kitchen knives and other blades. Each block is unique. Your knife block is made from old, authentic half-timbered beams, no two beams are alike.

This armchair was lovingly handmade from a lying 225 l wine barrel. For a long durability also indoors we dried the barrel, glued it and painted the tires black. The former red wine barrel was opened so that the width of the seat is about 60 cm. The ergonomically shaped backrest has a height of 60 cm (measured from the seat).Both the seat and the backrest were made of red wine staves and fitted into the barrel.Two barrel bearings act as supports to ensure that the armchair does not remain too massively effective, but still remains reliably in place. We are also happy to offer you the barrel armchair stained, lacquered or oiled, simply select your desired surface treatment from the accessories.
Exclusive barrel bench, manufactured in massive but from the visual aspect not too difficult construction of an ancient big oval 3000 l wine barrel, Every bench is a unique and single copy, especially in the woods’ grain. The barrel’s nature and appearance have been maintained, only the seat and backrest have been shaped. The bench has been treated with precious wooden oil and is also suitable for garden use. The stool has been made out of a 100 l chestnut barrel. The staves have been cut off at the 3rd hoop except of three. Those three staves are the feet of the stool. The hoops are painted black and the wood has been treated to look like oak wood. The stool is painted and the hoops are painted black. The bench is built only from the front bottom of an old 10,000 l oak barrel, which we have cellared out of our customer's wine cellar and which was covered with precious red wine for many years.The staves were planned, straightened, adjusted to size and glued. The edges are chamfered.The special seating comfort is due to the slightly downward seat and the sloping backrest.Paired with the big wood thickness, an elegant and rustic piece of furniture is created at the same time. After the sanding, the bench is finished with a varnish. The back of the bar chair gives away a bit because of the fixing with the barrel hoops. Thanks to a wooden cross constructing at the feet, the necessary stability is assured.
