Champagne rack for 120 bottles come directly from the manufacturer Leban from France. The consoles are connected by means of solid hinges and are prevented from unfolding in the middle by chains. Our carpenters produced for the champagne rack four stable shelves, which can be mounted on one or both sides of the desk. The plug-in system allows you to adjust the height of the shelves to your needs. The barrel heads have been cut from old wine barriques to a length of about 9-15 cm (depends on the placement of the hoops).The wood of the heads have been treated with oil and the heads might have crossbars and laserbrandings of the cooperage. The hoops are not painted. The height of the heads depends on the origin of the barrels and the placement of the hoops. The pictures shown are examples and variations in color are possible. Our carpentry workshop produces decorative barrel head sections from chestnut barrels. For chestnut barrels, the head is cut off at 12-14 cm (depending on where the barrel hoops are placed). The barrel head sections are cleaned, sanded, glued, flamed and oiled in our joinery. The barrel hoops are painted black. Laser branding is not included and must be selected separately (see below).

We work with an artist who will artfully carve the barrel head with attention to detail, professionally based on your artwork. The stated selling price varies depending on the template. This special barrel head allows you to present your good drop behind a Plexiglas pane in true style.This barrel head is made from a used, professionally cleaned and sanded barrel section. The staves were dried and then glued for permanent use.The back is closed with a blockboard. On this board a shelf made of oak is fixed. The final treatment of the wood with linseed oil gives the barrel head a silky matt shine. Those barrel lids are prefabricated. They’re made of American Oak ad could be used in professional barrels. The lids are natural finished but a surface treatment can be chosen at the accessories below.It’ss have a more personal touch together with a laserbranding.
Lid from a used original 190 l bourbon barrel, the barrel lids are cut out, cleaned and glued. On the back of the lid is still the original Charring. On the front you can still find the original print of the original distillery. These barrel lids at an attractive special price show clear signs of use and are to be used exclusively for hobby and handicraft purposes and not for professional use.
