This will turn your rain barrel into a bath tub!The ladder and the bench are made in our carpenter's workshop from high-quality, durable Douglas fir wood.The steps are chamfered and equipped with non-slip grained coating.The bench is planed, connected with stainless steel screws and fine sanded.Our wood comes from sustainable forestry from the Palatinate forest. The wood is prepared in our own sawmill and dried in the air.During production, the wood is professionally cut, planed, glued, screwed and fine sanded by our carpenters. Depending on the customer's wishes, a suitable surface treatment is applied during the finishing process: oiled or natural. Note: Please note that each ladder and each bench is unique and the dimensions can be adjusted depending on the barrel. Due to the natural product wood, deviations in color and grain occur.

Barrel steaming
If you wish we steam the inside of your barrel. This procedure open the pores of the wood and the barrel lose some "intensity". We recommend the steaming of small distillate barrels because the surface of the wood in relation to the stored distillate is big.

Calotte foot made of polished stainless steel V2A, the professional shelter for your barrel storage. The square plate is firmly screwed to the underside of the drum bearing. The threaded bolt is firmly fixed on the upper side in the nut welded to the plate. The counter nut located further below allows exact adjustment to the desired height. The bolt is placed on the bottom of the base in the matching recess of the round plate. By the individual adjustment of the four calotte feet it is possible to compensate an angle of up to 14 degrees and guarantees the horizontal storage of your large barrels, independent of unevenness on the floor. The floor storage systems do not stand on damp ground, so that the greatest possible hygiene is guaranteed. The calotte feet are also used for the storage of stainless steel tanks. Required are 4 pieces per cask storage
