Racking system for use with oilfree airpressure or CO2, made by stainless steel, for smooth and carefull racking of barrels without using a pump.
DIN 40 VT
Using:
1. Put in the tool in barrel2. Close Bung- Compress screw
3. Install drain hose (connection NW40)
4. Fill up gas (Co2 or Nitrogen) max. 0,5 Bar (Gas connection with hose nozzle)
5. Push down outlet valve (Status opened)
6. Open Gas lever (blue lever)
7. Empty Wine
