Registration & Cancellation Conditions
Registration Conditions:
The seminar is designed for brewers, distillers, winemakers, bartenders, and trade magazines. A maximum of 2 participants per company can be registered.
Participation fee: €349 per person plus VAT.
Included in the fee: Dinner on the 2nd day (excluding drinks), meals and drinks on the 1st day, and transfer to the forest.
Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the seminar. Please book and pay for your overnight stay yourself.
Cancellation Conditions:
Cancellations until 05/04/2026 are free of charge. Cancellations thereafter will incur 70% of the participation fee. The date of receipt of the written cancellation is decisive. Substitution of another participant is possible at any time.
In the event of absence, there is no entitlement to reimbursement of travel expenses; this includes, but is not limited to, costs for public transport tickets (e.g., train tickets).
