Humidor
For a long-standing customer, we transformed a used 125-liter barrel into a humidor. The barrel was professionally dried and glued, the barrel heads were replaced with plexiglass panes, and a removable oak inlay was installed to ensure optimal air circulation.
Presentation Table
Presentation table made from a lengthwise-halved former sherry barrel, mounted on a solid oak stand with four heavy-duty castors. The barrel half was glued and fitted with an oak shelf made from used barrels, flush with the cut edge. A pull-out drawer was integrated on the side. For personalization, two laser engravings were added at the customer’s request.
Corner Bench Set Made of Solid Oak with Granite Top
A custom-made corner bench set crafted from oak wood. The customer’s existing granite tabletop was staged as the centerpiece of the dining area. Whether modern, rustic, or fully customized – we create your dream furniture with attention to detail.
Bathing Tubs – Luxury and Sustainability Combined
Recently built in our own cooperage and delivered to a customer along the beautiful German Wine Route. We manufacture bathing tubs from high-quality oak or Douglas fir in any desired size, suitable for indoor and outdoor use. Secure your individually designed wellness tub!
Rhum-Display
Produced from a 300-liter oak barrique, stained in a driftwood look and finished with clear lacquer.
- Display height without topper approx. 95–100 cm
- Barrel cut diagonally from top to bottom, dowelled, screwed, and glued
- Equipped with three angled displays for Sierra Madre rum bottles

Standing Table from a 400-Liter Oak Barrel
A real highlight for any stylish bar or whisky lounge. This custom standing table is made from an old 400-liter oak barrel and topped with a solid 120 cm oak tabletop. The staves are glued for maximum stability and durability.
Whisky Shelf
An impressive shelving unit made from original large-barrel staves. With a height of approx. 2 meters and a width of approx. 1.7 meters, it accommodates up to nine barrels (20–30 liters), or even barrels up to 50 liters. Integrated milling provides stable storage for bottles and glasses.
Standing Table with Tabletop – Customer Logo
Custom-made standing table from a used 225-liter barrique barrel with a solid wood tabletop. The original barrel head was reinforced, grooved, glued, and planed. The tabletop is mounted on a solid oak substructure. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, with the customer’s logo laser-engraved on the barrel and tabletop.
Black & White Display
A approx. 200-liter barrel is cut diagonally and stabilized. Rounded edges, deburred hoops, a central half barrel head, blackened background, brushed hoops, and a white “shabby” finish create an exclusive look. A logo on the back and a mounted sign complete the design. Finished with matte clear lacquer.
Transport Box
For a customer, we crafted a small transport box from rare bog oak for tasting accessories. Glasses and tools are safely transported and stylishly stored.
Liebig Barrel
Also known as the “minimum barrel”, illustrating Justus von Liebig’s law of the minimum. Made from new staves, glued, sanded, cut to different heights, and finished with 38 laser engravings inside and out.
Custom Oak Cabinet for Espresso Art
A bespoke cabinet made from solid, knotty oak in a vintage look. The honey-colored stain highlights the natural grain. Equipped with a 30 mm stone top, well-designed drawers, and heavy-duty castors – perfectly suited for the barista’s everyday needs.
