Powder from pear wood, not toasted, 10kg container
Powder, made out of the best pear wood, is an interesting new addition to our wood alternatives line. Pear gives an exciting flavour and a lovely, but subtle gold-brown colouring, especially to spirits. You can expect a broad sweetness on the palate and a light green freshness.
There is no recommended dosage for the use of wood alternatives. On average, 3 to 10 g/l over a few weeks is recommended. Testing is recommended.
