Access ladder and bench for barrels and tubs
This will turn your rain barrel into a bath tub!The ladder and the bench are made in our carpenter's workshop from high-quality, durable Douglas fir wood.The steps are chamfered and equipped with non-slip grained coating.The bench is planed, connected with stainless steel screws and fine sanded.Our wood comes from sustainable forestry from the Palatinate forest. The wood is prepared in our own sawmill and dried in the air.During production, the wood is professionally cut, planed, glued, screwed and fine sanded by our carpenters. Depending on the customer's wishes, a suitable surface treatment is applied during the finishing process: oiled or natural. Note: Please note that each ladder and each bench is unique and the dimensions can be adjusted depending on the barrel. Due to the natural product wood, deviations in color and grain occur.
Airline Trolley - Winebar
The former board trolley from the largest German airline has been rebuilt with barrel stavespaneling to a wine bar. The barrel staves have been pulled out, cleaned, watered, peeled and then pressed in a veneering press; afterward the staves have been trimmed. At the end the edges of the staves have been cut parallel. This trolley has been coated with refined barrel staves, as well as four shelves, which have been integrated in the trolley. A simple drawer and four roles on the ground with parking brake are included. Pictures are examples, colour variations are possible.
Armchair - FassStolz® seating group
The new seating group from the Wilhelm Eder joinery is something very special. It is characterised by the choice between two versions - either as a rocking chair or as an armchair. The best choice is of course both! The two chairs were made from the staves of a used 225 l red wine oak barrel. Each chair is ergonomically shaped, as we have taken advantage of the natural curve of the original staves. If you are looking for a comfortable, original chair that not only looks good in any setting, but is also a solid wood product, you have come to the right place. The barrel was dried and then carefully disassembled into its individual parts. In the process, the staves were prepared individually. The staves were planed, dressed, cut to size, joined and glued. The armrests and seat height guarantee cosiness! You can see the beauty of the original red wine stains that were created during the long ageing process. That is why each armchair is completely individual. The chair is versatile, as it looks just as good in the living room as in the conservatory, on the terrace or in the garden. Each chair is unique and is made individually, which is why we can take your personal taste into account. You can choose whether your chair should be stained, lacquered or oiled. Please make your choice in the "Accessories" section when ordering. The chair is part of a furniture set. You will find a matching barrel table, a rocking chair and bench in our shop.
Bar cupboard
Exclusive cupboard perfectly produced to present and store your distillate bottles. Standing on the floor or hanging on the wall, both options are possible! This stave cupboard is a highlight in every Bar or tasting room. The shiny interior oak staves performing your bottles in a very distinguish way. The veneer with which this cupboard is produced from has it´s origin from old Whisky and Rum casks. As an option we equip this cupboard with an LED lightning system. Frontside we have installed two glass doors which have been fixed by magnet holders. The inner shelves can be settled up individually following your bottle heights as we have drilled vertical row holes in side. To customize these cupboards we recommend you a laserbrading in- or outside which you can choose from our option list.Before making shelves, we let the barrels dry and glue the staves individually. This elaborate process ensures the stability of the shelf and prevents the wood from warping due to temperature fluctuations. Please note, however, that too dry and warm heating air does not do the barrel good.
Bar table Vino Style
This exclusive standing table impresses with its authentic origin and distinctive character. With a total height of approx. 1200 mm, it is the perfect addition to stylish tasting rooms, bars, wine shops, or private spaces. The round tabletop is made from carefully cleaned, dried, and glued oak staves, and can optionally be customized with a laser branding (e.g., company logo or crest). It is supported by three elegantly curved oak staves that once formed part of large wine barrels and now shine in a new form. A used barrel hoop in the center holds the staves securely together and highlights the characteristic look of this one-of-a-kind piece of furniture. The final clear lacquer finish ensures durability and a smooth surface without diminishing the rustic charm of the wood. Bar table - Modern
This barrel table is the latest upcycling idea from our carpentry. It combines the old with the new to a special kind of table. An original barrique barrel 225 l has been disassembled by our carpenters and every second stave has been removed. The whole table now allows light to pass through, which creates interesting light effects, especially at dusk. In addition, you can admire and enjoy the wine discoloration inside the barrel. The entire barrel was sanded, glued and varnished. The galvanized barrel hoops were painted black. The barrel is available with or without a glass top. The table top is made of tempered safety glass (the glass is protected from shattering) and is fixed to the barrel lid by using a stainless steel barrel screw with a brass nut. The bar table is a special feature for home, terrace, bar or restaurant. The bar table must be protected from rain or moisture in outdoor areas.Before making barrel tables, we let the barrels dry and glue the staves individually. This complex process ensures the stability of the table and prevents the wood from warping due to temperature fluctuations. Nevertheless, please note that too dry and warm heating air is not good for the barrel.We attach great importance to the greatest possible authenticity with this product. This means that a shelf barrel / table of this type has previously been lying and moved for years in the "warehouses" of the various distilleries / wine cellars.Notches in the wood or, under certain circumstances, an uneven floor are not defects in quality, but are rather determined by the specific nature of the construction and the previous use of the barrels. Colour deviations are possible.

Barbecue barrel
Our barbecue barrel is a must have for every garden and barbecue fan. This barbecue barrel has been made of a used original bourbon barrel from USA or a used 190 l single malt barrel from Scotland.This barrel is opened towards and is equipped with an original whisky barrel lid as shelf inside. The hoops have been screwed professionally and secured against falling. The barrel has been treated with boat coat and is equipped with a high quality charcoal barbecue (Weber Original Kettle Ø47 cm). A 2/3 barrel wood storage ring has been built around the barrel head. Six hooks have been mounted on the side, which are ideal for hanging up barbecue accessories.
Barrel arbor
This extraordinary piece of furniture is based on large oak barrels, which are converted into an attractive meeting point by our coopers and carpenters. The diameter of approx. 2500 mm enables up to four people to sit on the benches in the oversized barrel head. The table is made of former barrel wood (oak). It is approx. 720 mm high and 1000 mm wide. The depth is adapted to that of the meeting point. There are two benches on the side of the table, these are also made of oak wood and adapt to the depth of the table. On request we can upholster the two benches in leather or fabric. The barrel arbor stands on a full barrel bearing, which measures approx. 250 mm in height. The depth of the entire point can be up to 1800 mm. The back remains closed with the original barrel bottom. The outer cut provides for the haptics and authenticity of the barrel. Depending on the desired appearance, we varnish, oil or stain the barrel inside and outside. The floor is also made of barrel wood. The entire staves are glued and enclosed in hot-dip galvanised tyres. We install a light in the barrel, after consultation with the customer we do the preliminary work. The electrical connection on site must be carried out by an approved master company. Handmade valinch made of copper for taking distillate samples from the wooden barrel. Those who are dedicated to distillates and are passionate about a certain luxury will find that certain something with the copper valinch. The whisky thief is now not only an indispensable and practical accessory, but also a visual eye-catcher. For the right tasting and also presentation of distillates, the -well better- valincher is the icing on the cake. In handling, the whisky thief does not differ in any way from its glass counterpart. Aged gin barrels are a very rare commodity. The aging of gin in wooden barrels has just been given a fresh lease of life. And talking of fresh – herein lies the forte of gin barrels. The bitter and herbaceous spice of resin and grass from the juniper berries produces an incomparable flavour which can be imparted to your distillate by aging or finishing it in used gin barrels. The flavour diversity and complexity of gin is an interesting component in the distillates finishing process. Not for nothing is gin a popular player on the bar scene. After all, gin, due to its flavour, is an indispensable ingredient in many cocktails, reflecting its diversity but also its compatibility. The compatibility of flavours shows how a barrel, through its aging of gin, can give a product that certain something.Supplied without barrel storage or racks. By default, the barrels are equipped with a used wooden or plastic bung. If you want a new silicone bung, you can order it under accessories (type standard - C14). Used wooden barrels: Notches in the wood or, in certain circumstances, an uneven base, do not constitute a quality defect, but stem from the idiosyncrasies of the production method and the prior use of the barrels. The usage of the barrel will not be affected by those! The barrels are very carefully checked by us at the exit control against sensor and technical errors.
