Filled with Bachus and Scheurebe, very aromatic character, freshly emptied and in very good condition. Origin Palatinate / Germany.
Clean and professionally treated inside, slightly preserved.
The barrels are emptied on demand - they are very fresh barrels.
By default, the drums are equipped with a used wooden or plastic bung. If you want a new silicone bung, you can order it under accessories (type standard - C16).
Used wooden barrels: Notches in the wood or, in certain circumstances, an uneven base, do not constitute a quality defect, but stem from the idiosyncrasies of the production method and the prior use of the barrels. The usage of the barrel will not be affected by those! The barrels are very carefully checked by us at the exit control against sensor and technical errors. We assume no liability for cracks or splits that occur during maturation. A possible and a reasonable repair is not under guarantee.

The final treatment is done by a varnish certified for food. This warehouse is adapted to store a barrel with 225 l capacity. We are happy to adapt the size as desired by the customer. On the front of the warehouse there is space for your advertising sign or an individual laser branding.

Red Duplex-Bung for fermentation lock
Bung slice was made from poplar wood with a linen sheet. It can be used for distillate and wine barrels with an approx. Ø 45mm bunghole. - Please roll around the barrels in filled condition.
Silicone bungs F-19 brown fermentation. This fermentation bung is designed for barrels that have no space for the classic fermentation bung with tube. Not much bigger and higher than a standard pint this fermented peat which is drilled and provided with an exhaust nipple allows the fermentation gases to escape. They have been tested and certified.
