EDER - FassStolz® 3000 l Oak tank - German Oak

Made from seasoned oak wood, origin Palatinate Forest / Northern Vosges!
Fine-grained on red sandstone grown about 200 years, sustainably logged according to certification Naturland or PEFC.

The fermentation vat is fitted with hot-dip galvanized steel hoops, optionally with black painted hoops. The finishing was done with a food-safe, alcohol-resistant clear varnish.
