Shelf barrel 300 l with double-leaf door

The barrel is dried, cleaned and ground. Each individual stave is glued and the brushed tires are fixed with screws. A surface treatment with linseed oil creates an exclusive look

The double-leaf door opens to the outside. Inside, the barrel is untreated and shows a red wine coloring. Two rotatable shelves are the highlight in the barrel. The integrated LED strip ensures the right lighting.

The ideal bar table height is ensured by three stave-shaped feet.

We value the greatest possible authenticity with this product. This means that a shelf / table of this kind was previously located for years in the "warehouses" of the different distilleries and was moved. Notches in the wood or possibly an uneven ground are not quality defects but rather determined by the nature of the construction and the prior use of the barrels.

Before making shelves, we let the barrels dry and glue the staves individually. This elaborate process ensures the stability of the shelf and prevents the wood from warping due to temperature fluctuations. Please note, however, that too dry and warm heating air does not do the barrel good.
