Powder from cherry wood, not toasted, 10kg container
The powder is made from well-seasoned cherry wood and is new to our range. Its flavour is described as sour-spicy, fruity, juicy or nutty-spicy offering a wide range of flavours to enhance a product. When the cherry stones themselves are used, they add an almond or marzipan taste. In terms of colour, cherry wood gives off a fresh, light woody background hue.
There is no recommended dosage. The usual dosage is between 3 and 10 g/l over a few weeks. So preliminary testing is advisable.
