Extraction highly coloured, flavour largestly neutral
Produced of wild collection, applicable in small doses, cutted craining, certificated. Ingrediants: tanning agent, natural resin, santalin (colorant), ca. 5 % of essential oils: santalol, santalen etc. saccharose, fructose, glucose.

The treatment with wood chips results in the extraction of colorants, odors and flavors contained in the wood or formed during toasting. Samples should be taken regularly until the desired effect has been achieved with your alcohol and the chips removed.
Contact time: We recommend use during maturation or finishing for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 6 months. As an option, the dosage can be stopped during short maturation.
