The mini-staves, 40 pieces per packing unit, are delivered in infusion bags. These bags are sealed in plastic and food safe packages.
These staves can be applied directly to the wine. Toastings such as High Vanilla, High Toast, Pure Vanilla, High Spice, Mini Stave Blend No. 44 Bordeaux, Mini Stave Blend No. 45 Rhône, Blend No. 46 Burgundy, Cuvée 1 and Cuvée 2.

High Vanilla Mini Staves Infrared:
French oak, applied to all types of Burgundy, balances and accentuates the aroma of the fruit, very good results in producing Pinot Noir.
High Toast Mini Staves Infrared:
Strong aroma, roasty and toasty aromas are delivered to the wine. Using these staves, a very nice toffee and creamy coffee aroma is achieved.
High Mocha:
This stave is ideal for red wine and enhances the body and structure of the wine. The aroma of cherry gives the wine a particular component of fruit. Especially recommended is to apply this stave to Merlot, Cabernet or to the blends of these wines.
High Spice:
Enhances the fruit of the wine with aromas of nutmeg and clove and gives the wine a spicy and complex character.
Pure Vanilla Mini Staves:
Made out of american white oak, features less tannin, highly aromatic, with a soft mouth feeling combined with melt, flavour of toffee, candy, vanillin.
No. 44 Stave Mini Infrared:
Excellent for rich red wines that require elegant wood. Roasted coffee and dark chocolate aromas are characteristic for this stave - Bordeaux style.
No. 45 Stave Mini Infrared Rhône:
Very good fitting to mature, aromatic types of wine such as Syrah that need to be supported by soft tannins. Temperature was reduced when producing the toast limits. The structure decreases the structure of tannin and creates a diversity of flavours.
No. 46 Stave Mini Infrared Burgundy:
Supplies creamy, toasty and subtile smoke flavours that are particularly desired in Burgundy. It extends the taste on the tongue and increases the fruit components.
Cuvée 1:
A stave with a distinctive aroma of makrones. This stave is characterized by aromas of roasted coconut, cake, almond biscuits, roasted almonds and hazelnuts. Excellent for white wines.
Cuvée 2:
This stave transformes flavours such as toasted marshmallows, vanilla, crème brûlée and nougat. The body of the wine becomes fuller than using Cuvée 1 and creates a creamier mouthfeel and notes. This stave is recommended for white and red wines.
