Then turn on the water for cleaning the barrel, the ring rotates manually on the machine.

The cleaning pin is made of brass and stainless milled side.

This allows cleaning the critical point around the bung hole.

The dirty water flows through the bung hole on the bottom side.

These machines are particularly suitable for smaller numbers of barrels or in case of low contamination, like no yeast or a little amount of yeast and tartar within the barrels.
