The barrel cleaner H.S. HD can be connected to any commercially available
high pressure cleaner. The cleaning head rotating in three dimensions is driven
by a water hydraulic motor; hence the water jet reaches every location and
every corner inside the barrel.
With the help of the high pressure water, an injector system integrated into
the unit generates a vacuum that siphons completely off the dirty water that
arises during the cleaning process.
The version H.S. HD Flex is also suitable for stacked barrels.
Water hydraulic motor
Thanks to the water hydraulic motor, no electric motor and hence no electric
cable is necessary for the operation of the cleaning unit!
One active source only
The only feed line to the barrel cleaner H.S. HD is a high pressure hose.
The tridimensional rotation, the cleaning jet as well as the water suctioning
is generated by the hydraulic thrust.
Integrated extraction system
The vacuum of the injection system reliably siphons off the dirty water
during and after the cleaning process, without the use of a further external
device.
Increased safety at work
The water hydraulic motor does not bring any risk of short circuit or electric
shock and does not heat during operation.
Retrofittable
Existing models (H.S. Standard 4.02 and H.S. Flex 2.02) with electric drive
can easily be retrofitted to water hydraulic motors.
